GiveawayBot provides a tool for Kick.com streamers to create and manage giveaways during their live streams. The Service monitors Kick chat for specified keywords, collects entries from unique viewers, and selects winners using provably fair random selection.

4. Giveaway Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your giveaways comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules. This includes but is not limited to sweepstakes laws, tax obligations, age restrictions, and disclosure requirements. GiveawayBot is a tool — the legal responsibility for your giveaway lies with you.

5. No Affiliation with Kick

GiveawayBot is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Kick.com, Kick Streaming Pty Ltd, or any of their parent companies or subsidiaries. Kick is a trademark of its respective owner.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability
